Cencaluk









Malacca cuisine is very popular among the tourist that comes to Malacca.
Basically, cencaluk or cincalok is fermented small shrimps which is udang geragau or squid that are added with equal amount of salt and rice that are mixed well and sealed in a glass bottle for fermentation process.

How to eat it? 
Just eat it with a rice as a side dishes but before that, cencaluk should be mixed up well with a chilies and red onion that already cut into thin slice or dice. Then , put some of lime juice into that mixing to make it more tastier and less salty.
